Battle of the Grades

Support our school through one simple monetary contribution

Every family at Independence High School who contributes to the Invest in Indy fundraising campaign becomes a member of our PTO – there are no separate fees or dues to pay. Our Invest campaign is the PTSO’s annual “check writing” to bridge the gap between what the county provides and what the IHS community needs to maintain an environment where academic excellence is paramount and athletic and artistic achievements are celebrated.

The students of the grade that brings the most donations will receive a coupon for free ice cream. Bring it on Indy!

Suggested Donation:

This year we have established a suggested donation of $50 per student or $100 per family. For your donation you will receive one t-shirt and a decal. Those will be delivered to students after fall break.

  • Student Info:
    Please provide the names of all students in your household who attend IHS. If you have more than 4 IHS students, please fill out the form and contact us to add additional students to your membership.

  • Parent/Guardian Info:
    Please provide info for at least one parent/guardian.

  • Volunteer Opportunities:
    There are many volunteer opportunities for parents at IHS. Please check the boxes next to any of the following areas you are interested in helping with.

    Please note that any volunteer who Chairs a committee, holds an officer position, volunteers in the office or library, volunteers with students or handles money MUST be a Tier 3 volunteer.
